The PSU is seriously expensive. I'd suggest skimping on that and just getting the original pc power& cooling you had earlier. As for the 7800, how about XFX.
Corsair RAM does not work well with DFI boards. If you get DFI, look for this RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820227211
4x512 is faster than 2x1024. I would see if you can get an eVGA 7800GTX, because the Leadtek one is actually clocked slower than stock speeds for some reason. If you can't get eVGA get gigabyte. And ya man, PC Power and Cooling is simply the best brand you can get for power supplies. End of story.

No, the PC Power & Cooling one. For ram, maybe this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820146890
Nothing's wrong with the asus one cept the fact there were lots of issues with that board and DFI is the best mobos for amd and for intel then its asus.
If u want to able to OC, dont bother getting corsair with the DFI mobo. The two just dont get along. Corsair memory is also waaaaaay over priced. I have Corsair XMS pro, and it doesnt OC well
