changing avatar

I want this as my avatar but it won't load. Is it too big? They say up to 30000 bytes is ok, this is 2035 bytes. But its 100x80 pixels. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Save the picture and re-host it. As it is just telling us that we are stealing their bandwidth.

You need to click the arrow that is below the name you save it as, and select the option JPEG.

Ok i just recieved the message it is too big. Can i resize it with photoshop? I will try that. (i've never used photoshop)

The avatar's for here can't be any bigger that 80x80,The one you are trying to load is 100x80.
