I have 2 PIIIs

550MHz
512cache

600MHz
256cache


Which one would be a little better in the performance area...(i know there isnt much difference)

I would say the 550MHz. Just because it has so much more cache. Also, you could probably overclock the 550. I have tinkered overclocking PIIIs before, and they are quite easy due to the unlocked multiplier.

Yeah, twice the cache is way more important than 50mhz.
