The pin layout varies from manufacturer to model. Go to Asus' website and find the manual for your board if you lost your real one. The .pdf usually has the pin layout in there somewhere.

Not for USB, it is the same across the board. It has to be universal, or else you would have to get proprietary cables and such to use them with different things.

There is a little graph on how they should be connected. It is the same on every mobo. Just remember red white green black, left to right.

I just thought I should post to say I figured out what's wrong...I totally forgot to put the spacers in before installing the mobo Thanks for everyones help.

Yeah, I was about to say that your case was shorting out your motherboard, I'm suprised no one else mentioned it...
