local ftp and firewall problems

i connect to the internet through local area network
my server is runing slackware and we have ftp server on it
when i try to connect to other ftp servers (not local) everything is ok, but when i try to connect to my ftp it takes about 30 seconds to connect. when i disable my NAV2005 firewall it takes about 1 second like it should be. And i have same problem on my both pc's runing win2000 ant xp pro. maybe someone can help me to configure my nav2005 to solve this

btw same thing with other firewalls (zonealarm, xp integrated..)

If it would be closed i wouldn't be able to connect at all. Now after 30 seconds i'm connected and can use ftp normally, just have to wait long for connection.. and i wonder which firewall blocks 21 port by default
