3200+ Venice Question

Hi, I just flashed my bios to an updated version and my Venice went from (stock) 1.376v to 1.4, is this something I need to worry about? also in CPU-Z the voltage is constantly fluctuating from 1.408 to 1.424 and back, is this a big deal or just normal?

If it helps any my mobo is an MSI K8n Neo2 Platinum

fluctuation is normal, especially on that board....voltage fluctuation is a very common issue....also the voltage readings tables could have been updated with the BIOS update hence the different showing of voltage.
