Thats an nvidia videocard driver but I doute the driver is causing it.Probably bad ram run memtest www.msmtest86.com if it gets any errors your ram is defective and must be replaced.
Its not RAM because the RAM in that machine came from my machine after i upgraded it. And im not sure if it is for sure video card related because the video card im using has PCI and not AGP, while the motherboard has AGP slots, they both have Nvidia parts, the graphics card is a geforce 2 64mb and the motherboard has a Nvidia Nforce 2 chipsit.
