want to resize partition without reboot

ok i want to resize my windows partition so i can have a partition for win xp and one for red hat linux.i need a free program to do this.i have tired to find partition magic buy all they have is free trials.could some one give me a program that will do this?

I remember seeing a free one that used dos.. I think I got it from www.download.com can't remember.. search that site too.
