safest way to clean flat panel monitor??

sorry if asked..

theres a smudge on my monitor that wont come off with soft cloth so..

is there any specific product you guys have experience with that do a flawless job on safely cleaning a flat panel monitor?

and where can you find it?

One of those glasses cleaner clothes if you have one. My PSP came with one and it works like magic on the screen.

I just use a soft cloth and a little bit of water.

water may streak though, there are cleaning products designed for fps. Most of them are 99% alcohol so it evaperates quickly. For the laptops and fps I have here at work I use ClearView Gel made by ALLSOP. It was like 5 bucks for 5 oz of it and it came with a little squirt bottle. I have had for 3-4 months and haven't even used an oz of it yet. You only need lilke a dime sized squirt to clean a very dirty screen.

Yeah, a little bit of water, maybe just a touch of soap and scrub lighly, don't wanna damage the darn thing. Works with me sis's flatscreen laptop just fine.
