Outlook Express

Outlook express accessing email account for two or more individuals. But after one accessing the their email and the other individul tries to access ttheir mail Outlook express closes. Cannot reopen outlook express without rebooting computer. This generally happens when switching identies between the two individuals. Tried logging each individual off before the other logs on but same thing happens. Outlook may work when switching identities once or twice then no one can asccess without rebooting. Any ideas? Thanks

i do not know if it is possible to reinstall outlook express from control panel> add/ remove programs> windows components, but if you can you must backup all your contacts and calendars, ect with outlook's file> export to file.

you must export each setting individually and save it to another internal drive preferably or removable drive. you will be glad you backed it up just in case, you may have to do it for each user account, i'm not sure
