R RoyalW In Runtime Messages 189 Dec 19, 2003 #4 You can maybe use the task manager (alt+ctrl+del) to end tasks one by one to see what app is causing the sounds. I dont know what OS youre using but typically, you can pretty much end anything (that it allows you to) except, system tray and explorer
