Which program should I trust?

According to my Asus Booster utility i am running 200 Mhz x18 and according to CPU-Z i am running 200 Mhz x 14

Which program is right?

CPU-Z is what we all trust to set out world records, so CPU-Z

What CPU do you have?

I will also say CPU-Z. The BIOS will tell you correctly.
