Need a new mobo, help plz

I am wanting to upgrade my computer. I have a dell dimension 2400. I am going to use my processor, ram, and my dell dimension 2400 case. I am needing a new mobo that supports an intel pentium 4 2.66 ghz processor, 184 pin SDRAM at least 2 slots, and at least an AGP 4x slot, 8x or PCI-E preffered. I am looking to spend no more than $120-$150.

Since it could be a while before i get it, whats the best PCI only graphics card. I was looking at either a Nvidia 5200 or 5500 OC. Or even a Radeon 9250. Which one do you guys think, the 5200, 5500 OC, or 9250.

Check Newegg. I don't feel like hunting one down. I suggest saving lots more money for an Athlon 64 and mobo or at least a P4 3.2 HT and mobo. P4 2.66 is utter crap. No HT.

(look at the one I have - your processor doesn't support PCI Express)
