MS Office templates and wizards

Does anyone know of a good web site to down load Excel and Access templates and wizards other than the Microsoft web site? I am specifically looking for business, real estate and proeprty related files. Thanks.

They have them if you are using microsoft. www.google.com search "free Excel templates".

Most of them is pulled from an e-book, or program. which is probably illegal to get.

For Example. Can't get templates from office.microsoft.com, off limewire. It's illegal to distribute anywhere else. I wouldn''t do it unless you were a hacker(like me), but i'm not endorsing it
