Pointers on a new CPU cooler

I have just built a new computer, its great, fast, runs cool (for an AMD). Just one problem, the 7 case fans are quiet, but the Volcano 11 heatsink/fan is the noisiest thing on earth, damn thing sounds like a Hoover.

I would like suggestions for a new QUIET, but effective CPU cooler. (not water cooled).

Volcano just came out with the tornado 12 and there is one that is supposedly a much quieter solution with better air flow, you might want to check that out.

you could also check into an ultra tmd. Then have the motors on the outside of the fan by the fins. They cool really well and are much quieter
