I need help finding a "graph" program that makes straight lines but has a graph in the back that can change sizes but won't show up on the printer.

Have you tried Auto Cad?

Are you talking mathmatical graphs or design graphs...If its math you could try Microsoft's PowerToy Calc http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
If not then i would agree with Auto Cad or even Math Cad

Ahh I'm making a custom wooden case and I need to make some blue prints that kind of program.

Auto Cad would prolly be the best...or you could search for blueprint software or CAD software on google
