Question about Windows software

Hey, I have a detailed problem with Act! but before I post the problem I wanted to make sure were it should go. I looked over the forums and it seemed like this would fit the best but it still seems like it is Window focused rather than the apps that run on Windows.

Can someone suggest the best forum to post a Act! specific question. Thanks.
