New Rig -- Will everything work?

Ok heres the new rig... I currently have....

-DFI LanParty UT Ultra-D nF4 Socket 939
-HeatSink
-Aspire 500watt PSU UV reactive

^^ the above is what I have sitting in my room right now, however the things below I am going to order throughout the next 2-3 weeks. Will everything work? The only thing I'm really curious about is the Dual Channel ram will it work with my board?

-Aspire X-Plorer Black Computer Case
-AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Venice
-XFX GeForce 6200 256mb pci-e
-OCZ Gold Series 1GB (2x512mb) 184-pin DDR-SDRAM DDR400 PC3200
-Western Digital 36.7GB 10,000rpm SATA HDD

Will all of that work? Pretty sure it will only thing I am very concerned about is the Dual Channel Ram.... Can someone do some research for me? Thanks.

yes, ur mobo will support dual channel.

Please do not get that video card. The 256mb 6200 has to be one of the biggest rip offs ever.

Everthing else looks good and will work together.

6800GT ~$290

hey bro, lol i know exactly what u mean, only reason im getting this is so i can get up and running with the next paycheck im going to get the 7500 that just came out or 7800 whatever it was that just came out this is just the cheapest solutioion on video card that i can use temporarily....

If that is the case, get a GeForce 4 MX...much cheaper, and crappier, but it will be a temporary solution until you can get your GeForce 7 series card.

buy my 9500 pro it scores over 12000 in 3dmark 01se not oced and i score 4500 in 3dmark 03 and 1600 in 3dmark 05 its got 8 pipelines ill sell it cheap and i belive this 9500 pro is killin a 6200 and its less than half the price im askin 60$ its gotta cpu cooler on it to i overclock the core from 277mhz to 360mhz and memory from 540mhz to 640mhz and it runs perfectly stable i score 13000 in 3dmark 01 overclocked

Get Twin Mos speed premium, and seagate barracuda or WD calalier. The 36 GIG raptor is WAY slower than its 74 GIG cousin, and 10,000 isn't that much of a difference in most apps. If you want more speed, then get 2 drives and run them at raid 0.

Also don't get xfx. There is a reason why their 6800GT pci-e are selling for only 300 dollars with rebates.
