New Rig -- Will everything work?

Ok heres the new rig... I currently have....

-DFI LanParty UT Ultra-D nF4 Socket 939
-HeatSink
-Aspire 500watt PSU UV reactive

^^ the above is what I have sitting in my room right now, however the things below I am going to order throughout the next 2-3 weeks. Will everything work? The only thing I'm really curious about is the Dual Channel ram will it work with my board?

-Aspire X-Plorer Black Computer Case
-AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Venice
-XFX GeForce 6200 256mb pci-e
-OCZ Gold Series 1GB (2x512mb) 184-pin DDR-SDRAM DDR400 PC3200
-Western Digital 36.7GB 10,000rpm SATA HDD

Will all of that work? Pretty sure it will only thing I am very concerned about is the Dual Channel Ram.... Can someone do some research for me? Thanks.

your getting a 6200 and a 36gb hard drive ? it should work but your gona be wanting more pretty soon

very true im just getting the 36 cuz of the 10k rpm im getting prolly a 120 or 200 sata 7200 later....

everything will work okeeday, cept dual channel kinda sucks in the 21st century. with cable and satelite most people can get over 100 channels + local

Dont get the Aspire PSU. Get a nice Antec, Thermaltake, Ennermax, OCZ, or PCP&C

I agree with dhw200.

I would have to recommend the OCZ Powerstream 520w PSU. It actually looks a lot better than it does in the picture. The surface is reflective and stuff, but it won't matter much since it is a PSU.
