Moving Avatar Problem on my PC

On my computer, I can't seem to view moving avatars. But other computer's I've been on can. What does my computer need to be able to view these?

Check the settings on your firewall.

I had the same problem a little while ago. Turns out that the ad blocking feature on my firewall was set to high, which blocked all moving avatars, sigs, and some buttons. I reset it to off, and I got them back.

Check this before you start getting radical, like I did. I didn't discover the source until after I had uninstalled Firefox (along with my bookmarks and profiles).

What exactly do I need to allow in the firewall. Because even when I have it on low, it still doesn't work. So if there's a specific thing I can allow, it would be great.

Don't worry i've figured it out. I added the website url where I got the avatar from, and I unblocked animation. It's all working.
