What computer would I need?

I want to run a 32 slot server with fast map changes what cpu and ram would i need theres a few that i was looking at:
intel celeron 2.4 512mb
AMD Sempron 3000 1024mb
intel p4 2.4 512mb
amd xp2400 1024mb

No No, No Celeron...Perhaps P4...There are Xeon server processors hout there but I don't believe you want that.
