WMP10 Color Messed Up

Hi, whenever I'm trying to view a video or trailer from WMP10, the image is VERY bright and shallow white that I can hardly see anything. I have no problem using Quicktime but for some reason I'm having problem with the video quality with WMP10.

Does anyone think they know the problem? I don't remember messing with WMP10 at all, I just use it to stream videos.

There is a customization option that lets you adjust the contrast and gamma. Do that.

Ok what I did was right click on the screen and go to options. I put the video acceleration from full to medium and the brightness is gone BUT the video qualtiy is a step down from before.
