Is Rodi BitTorrent's Replacement?

Rodi is being heralded as the new BitTorrent. It's completely separate of BitTorrent and allows for anonymity via IP spoofing. Not many people are using Rodi, but that may change soon.

so who will want to be C??

I know Hong Kong is actively catching people who use BT to download and upload movies, a few people get caught and trial. how is other place doing??
