Hard to enter chatroom

I just learned you have a chatroom yet I find it difficult to find how to log into the chat room.

I thought the chat room was dead.

There is no chatroom anymore. There is still an indicator showing how many people are in the chatroom, but the chatroom itself no longer exists.
