hello just one silly question, do amd 64 3800 come with thermal compound on the heatsink or do i have to add my own? its the retail pack with heatsink and fan etc.

also whats the best psu to use? i have the dfi lanparty nf4 mobo and am planning on using 2 raptors with 2 6600gt's or better if i get a good student loan so am not sure what psu would be best for this setup

If you buy the retail there's in the box, but you still have to apply it yourself. A SLI capable Enermax 600W PSU would be a good choice. Costs +$100USD

one more thing, having ram in duel channel do you put both sticks on the colour or on a different colour and do you have to change anything else to use duel channel ram?

i wouldnt get the 2 6800gt's just get the 7800GTX it outperforms those 2 cards in sli

The 7800GTX outpeforms SLi, and it's cheaper.

yes but i can buy 1 6800gt now and another when i get more cash together(student loan time) if i wait to get the money for a 7800gtx i'll have no graphics card for ages
