firewall wont start

ok fellas
um... ive kinda run into a wall with a computer ive been told to fix for a m8.

im sure that the firewall was working b4, but now, its not working, and now i cant get it started.

when i try to start it it gives me the message

Windows cannot start the Windows firewall/Internet connection sharing (ICS) Service

im really confused...
i dunno whats happened to make this happen.

im not sure whats exactly what hes done and he doesnt either.


any help would be hot

run, msconfig. Go to services and make sure it's checked.

Try this, it worked for me, this also happened to me when I removed spyware.

i actully dont know what im doing when i use lsp fix, and i dont wanna stuff up the computer more

also... in sercvice-msconfig, all boxes are checked
