xp on 20 gb drive

Is it possible to install win xp on a 20gb drive and still have room for service pack 2

Yeah. I did a XP with SP2 on a 10 Gb partition yesturday with about 5Gb to spare.

let how many service packs microsoft may release, 20gb is more than enough my friend

an XP install takes about 1.8GB on its own
SP2 is about 280MB, and it backs up previous files, which takes about 300MB
leave about 1GB for your standard programs you would probabbly use (office, antivirus, etc..)

if you plan on keeping SP2, you can delete the temporary files by deleting "C:\WINDOWS\$NtServicePackUninstall$"
