heatspreaders aren't even needed.....assuming you were massively overclocking and using voltages above 3.2 a simply fan blowing on it would be enough....you'd still need a fan on that even if it had heatspreaders using those high voltage....but since you probably won't be using high voltages you won't need heatspreaders or a fan
