No psu, but two fans (red and blue with matching LEDs, blue intake, red outtake) and blue LED frontpanel.
Not too shabby for the price, plus I've got no back cover for the mobo and an empty floppy drive (my peephole) so I get 1337 coolage.

I am in love with my case. It's setup is a bit "idiot" since they put the PSU at the very top and the motherboard at the very bottom, forcing you to get all kinds of extension cables.
