Ok I did a search on the forums and I couldn't find anything, so I was wondering if anyone know any free dictionary programs? Plz don't be online ones. Thanks!

Why don't you want to use online ones ? Do you have Dial-Up ? Try download.com and see what they have.

No I have 5Mbit per second dsl. But, I want to put it in my toolbar, and even with high speed connections, it sometimes takes 1 or 2 seconds to load.

Well, you could put the google toolbar in your browser, and just use the define command in it.

Ex: Go to Google and type 'Define: Conspiracy' and it will give you a list of defenitions of Conspiracy. Just replace 'conspiracy' with the word you want to define. That is the quickest, easiest, free-est way I know of.

I looked off and on for a month trying to locate a "free" dictionary
and I didnt find anything more than dictionaries for translating a
word from one language into another.

I would say go to Comp USA/Best Buy or something like that and
get a "Websters" or "Oxford" for a few bucks on cd in their bargain
bin-Im assuming you live in the USA.

If you do locate a "good" "free" and "complete" dictionary please
post a link.
