Wifi-Tv What is it?

Hi, i'm looking at a board from asus that supports wifi-tv. First off, does anyone know what wifi-tv is and how it works. Personally i have no clue whatsoever. Second, is this technology worth investing in, or is it just a one time thing.

Its wireless TV Signal that is sent from the computer (or other device) and sent to a TV.

yeah, i get that but where does the computer get hte signals from, do you have to plug something in the cable outlet so that it can transmit the signals?

like does something transmit signals wirelessly to the computer so that you can watch tv on ur computer?

Uses any video source. Since it doesn't accept S-video, buy one of these to go along with it:
