Best skt.939 OC board w/AGP for under $100?

I am upgrading to an Athlon 64 Venice and want to know which is the best motherboard for overclocking it?

I can't spend more than $100 and it must have AGP

I am leaning towards Abit because I love my NF7-S

Anyone have any suggestions? And What do I avoid?

Uhhh, unless you go for a really crappy ass brand I don't think you're going to find one for under $100

in terms of OC'ing abit didn't do so hot in the AMD64 area IMO....seems with uguru they tried to make OC'ing way too user friendly.

Epox nf3 ultra. Won't give you the vdimm the dfi will give you, but still has standard options taht most nforce boards have for ocing.
