I have 2 pATA hard disks on IDE1 and IDE2. My problem is that in Device manager the hard disk on the Secondary IDE channel(Device 1) is operating on Ultra DMA Mode 2 although Mode 5 is available, this is hindering optimum performance,rite? So anyone out there able to help me out with this?
