block certain things

hey id like to know if there is any software i can use to limit my brother's account like not allow him to go into my computer, install certain things, touch certain files, etc like they have in my school? just selecting a limited account in windows doesnt do enough, thanks.

If your using Windows XP then I assume that your drive is formatted using NTFS. In your school I would have thought that the machines there would be part of a domain and therefore the security configuration would be managed centrally using group policy.

Theres no real solution I can think of other than applying permissions to folders and child directories and used in conjunction with the limited account. User permissions can be applied by right clicking on the file / folder and clicking on the security tab.
