Mobo making no sence.

ok as i have posted in the past about my friends computer given that error just know i put in a brand new hdd that i bought for me but i wanted to see what his computer would say and it gave me that same error so i think its the Mobo i think its dead or something. his mobo is a "Abit KV7" i truly think its his mobo.

know i tried with a other computer to see if it detect's the hdd and it doesnt. and the mobo he has gives me that error with a hdd i know thats good. So maybe its both mobo and hdd.
