help with x700 video card

In that forum I have listed my problems and the solutions I have attempted at. I have been posting all over the internet trying to find a solution, please any comments and advice welcome. Thanks

definitely not a cs problem...i get 100fps with my 9600. My guess is its a bad card, or perhaps bad ram. I thought i was running on 512mb of ram, but when I got my comp checked out for some problems i was only running on 256.

nope rams fine I had it checked when I bought it, and the card, thats not the case, this is the second x700 card I've had, exchanged the first one
