Why Me!!!!

I always seem to have very bad luck when it comes to computers, i just bought a 512 3200 and i add it in with my 256, i right click my computer and then whent to properties to see if the ram added but it didnt, it said i have 512!!!!, its sapouse to be 768. Why is it like this, plz help me

oh yea my cpu is celeron 2.7 and my 256 ram is pc2700.

no its not, 256=pc2700, 512=3200

Yes. you did max it the hell out. Try to down the clock speed on the CPU also.

Either that or you could try changing your SCREENNAME for Satan sake!

all mobos have a maximum ram limit. Yours maybe 512. and it may not support that ram speed you may have to take it back and just get another stick of what you have.
