well how will i be able to do this then using the dvd shink. i have it on my computer. So what she cant use her cd burner to burn it she has to use my dvd burner.

Yes she has to use your DVD burner.

DVD burners will burn a DVD and CD burners will burn a CD.

i know but what software will i need to get so i can burn a copy of her dvd for her.

You'll probably need DVD shrink to fit the DVD onto a single layer disc, and then use Nero or whatever to burn the ISO.
