yes the HD212 pros Rock, got a pair myself, nice and comfy, awsome bass, and excellent sound quality

the only reason to get the zalman is if you really want surround sound for games. I have used them before and you really hear sound around you but the bass isn't that great.

I bought the sennheiser hd212 on newegg.com tonight, thanks for the advice guys, surround sound is cool and all but I care about music the most, I have music blaring through the house when I'm home & late at night like right now want to blast my speakers but can't, the recommendations plus newegg had free shipping on them and that sealed the deal for me and I'm sure they will be a good purchase.

Been listening to these everyday since I got them, they are unbelievable.

Out of curiosity, how much better are Bose headphones? A guy at my dads work says he has $300 bose headphones and they are the best. I'm going to try and get him to trade me for a couple days and show him how good these things are.
