which of these is the faster and more reliable memory for overclocking and highspeed gaming?

CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200)

Patriot Signature Series 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200)

TwinMOS 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200)

pqi TURBO 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) 2-2-2-5

OCZ Enhanced Latency 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200)

pqi POWER Series 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 533 (PC 4200)

also, is it better to have a faster memory like (pc 4200) or better CAS latency? I also heard the pqi turbo is good.

Because its designed to run at PC4200 (250 MHz? 300 MHz?), it can 'overclock' (its underclocked to PC3200 to begin with) to that speed without a sweat. Its overclockability from there should be equal to other RAM, and your CPU will probably reach its limit first.

EDIT: The above is bogus.... its an entirely different type of RAM, sorry. It shouldn't be included... it WILL go faster then the other, but thats because its an entire different technology.

Go with the OCZ or the DDR pqi.

The pqi Turbo is really good.

The TwinMOS might be good depending on what kind it is (your list isnt very descriptive).

Im not too sure about the rest, as I am not an OCing pro.
