Hey everyone i am just wondering if anyone knows what this program is for... i read about it on a site and it said it's amazing for blocking Adware. Just wondering if it works really well. Is it worth downloading and useing? Thanks

It blocks IP addresses, I dont know about adware though. It's generally used by P2P for "safe" downloading.

does it really help to have safe downloading? How many people actually get caught downloading music? All my friends do it and i never hear about anyone gettin caught.

I know people who got emails from thier ISP about downloading. They actually named files & movies. If youre going to do it, understand that you very easily could be caught, but what happens then? Maybe a fine , probably nothing. Peer Guardian can't hurt, & doesn't affect speed or anything.
