Where can I get one? And how much would a 1mb l2 cache 1.4 ghz cost? I can't seem to find them online.
Also, would the celeron m work on this?

No it wouldn't

Yes, it would work on it. Celeron M are the same as the Pentium M, just less cache and clocked a little lower. The Celeron M work with the 479 Pins and 855 chip set, just like the Pentium M's.

Not sure on that, I look around a little bit and coulden't find one. If you can afford it tho, I would go with the Pentium M. I'll keep looking around a little bit and see if I can find a Cely M tho.
