sysoc.ini in windows ME

yeah, ok

so i was having issues with my sound, and the HP guy said open the sysoc.ini file in windows/inf.....well i don't have it!!

So my question.... is there an equal file for sysoc.ini for Windows ME?? and if there is, were is it/ where can i get it?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
