Salut..i was having some problems while i was installing my new hardware (now everything is ok!) but around 5-8 times i had to turn off my pc from the power button for some reason(forgot cables to connect, wrong connections, etc). Was it very bad for my power supply?
Thanks in advance

rule of thumb: make sure the power is OFF, you are grounded (touching the PSU case) before u touch/connect/disconnect anything inside the case.

turning on and off shouldn't be a problem, you should see how much time a service tech turning on and off a machine :)

by the way, make sure your CPU fan is connected before u close the case, reason I say this is because the CPU is probably the most expensive and easily broken component in a PC (imo of course)

Its not bad for your power supply, but it way damage your windows files, or any other application running at the time.

But thats rare, so I wouldn't worry.
