you have to create a partition, if you want to do that you need a program like partition magic.
 
or use "fdisk" but that option doesn't give you many choices. I have a question I always used "fdisk" for formating win95-me but it doesn't work for 2k-2003 why is this. What did they replace the name with?

Because when you have 2k-2003 or XP you most likely have a NTFS partitions.
 
I see so fsisk is only for fat. Is there a simular command that is just like fdisk for ntsf?
