while trying to install a piece of software it gets to about 3% and i get an error of- An I/O error occurred while installing a file. This is normally caused by bad installation media or a corrupt installation file. - I then tried to install the same software onto a different computer and it worked fine. the software was on the computer but it would not start up, just hang. so i uninstalled it since that normally fixes this problem but now i get this while trying to reinstall it. any ideas why this might be happening.
