Study and try on you own small increments, Bios and if screw up reset cmos Small Increments have problems then come. but if you need help to start don't do it.
 
those need a lot of voltage to really shine so I hope you have a motherboard that can give upwards of 3.2-3.4v.......basically you gotta have a DFI board for that.
 
if you don't know how to adjust your voltages, especially really basic and main ones like the vcore for the CPU and your Vdimm voltage then you got a lot of reading about overclocking that you need to do man. Besides that you need to become very familiar with your BIOS....this isn't something that you can simply change and boom you've got an overclocked system.....it requires time, patience and most of all know-how. I suggest you do quite a bit more reading up on overclocking
 
what board are you using (motherboard, that is)

basically unless you have a DFI lanparty board, you can't oc good with them
