Second HD

I have a Western Digital HD at about 8 GB running XP. I recently connected another HD using the jumpers and stuff and I had set it to slave. Now I want to clear all that is on the second HD. Can I do that while still in windows? If so, can someone explain the process? If not, explain that to me too. Thanks for your help.

you can just fomat the drive, open my computer, right click the drive letter and choose properties. On the tabs at the top click tools and then click format, set the options you want and click ok, you'll get a warning about contiuing just click yes or ok whichever it is then sit back and watch.
