Default MoBo

My friend got a computer from somebody for free. It was a p2, 400mhz, but there is only one problem. The computer works fine, but the Bios is locked with a password. So i was wondering how to make the MoBo to default so its like new, the password in the bios will be erased etc.

Pull out the CMOS battery and leave it out overnight. There should also be some jumpers that you could set to reset the BIOS as well...

You dont even have to leave it out overnight. 30 seconds or so will be quite sufficient to erase to BIOS. Also you could find those jumpers that Elba was talking aboot, and use them to reset the BIOS.
