it's the same in Australia. I only know of one store that sells G.Skill RAM here, and it's very expensive.

I DO NOT CARE ABOUT SOUND
and it does not need to be able to support fans - because im strapping a car fan to the side of the case and hoping to god that it will work, a 9 cm car fan is as powerful as 7 top quality normal case fans of 9cm, and i am getting a car fan of at least 27 cm's big MWAHAHAAHA so like 27 case fans - and thats gonna run off a car battery
